Over the last decade of working with college students, new graduates, and early career professionals, I have seen some pretty amazing transformations. I have seen countless students start with absolutely no clue of what they want, to reach a place of clarity and purpose. I have moved numerous grads from anxious and fearful of their next step to having absolute confidence in their next move. I have watched young professionals struggle to talk about themselves positively in interviews to feeling like they can hit a homerun every time. How did they get there?
